At Beyond Poses Yoga we provide you with a beautiful, safe, clean and serene space for you to learn, develop and evolve in your own yoga journey, while building a supportive community of likeminded individuals.

We believe that the benefits of yoga go beyond the poses and the physical practice. In each class, you will also learn breathing techniques, meditation and other practices to aid in our ultimate goal: a strong, healthy and flexible body and a calm, clear mind.

We welcome yogis of all abilities, levels and experience. Whether you are a beginner or you have a regular practice, we offer a variety of classes to fit your needs.
