Sara Webb - RYT 200

Sara has been practicing yoga for 2 decades and is a 200-Hr registered yoga teacher with certifications in Pranayama (breath work) and chanting, an author, speaker, and meditation coach.

She found success teaching leaders with high-functioning anxiety to take back control of their lives with simple meditation techniques, empowering them to step into their highest potential.

Sara is passionate about empowering her students with tools and knowledge to enter and maintain a deep sense of embodiment. Her classes focus on intention, and she gives challenges as options with time spent noticing the shifts that yoga and breathwork provide.
