Mandalas & Mindfulness w/Natalia Londono

In this workshop, we will learn how to begin creating and expanding the Mandala on a 9×12 canvas with the “dots” technique, using vibrant colors, Mandala tools and toothpicks for different kinds of dots, creating our own, unique design, while enjoying some relaxing time with members of our community.

A Mandala (Sanskrit for “circle”) is an artistic representation of higher thought and deeper meaning given as a geometrical symbol used in spiritual, or psychological work to focus one’s attention.

The purpose of painting a Mandala is to encourage introspection and awareness, creating a meditative energy that allows for peace of mind.

  • All supplies are included. $40
  • You may bring your own snacks and beverages to enjoy during this 3 hour event.

Women's Circle

The Sacred Rising Women’s Circle is a community of women who come together to support one another’s journey, hold space, laugh, cry, listen and share. We explore the feminine spirit and phases of the moon, we chant, we meditate, and we collectively rise.

This group will meet monthly in person. Each gathering will have a women’s kundalini meditation, ceremonial tea, group sharing and sound healing. Bring a journal, pen, and an open heart. Bolsters and blankets are available at the studio.

Meet Aiyana:
Aiyana’s journey as a lightworker began in her teens where she developed her curiosity for healing touch and later in her private massage and reiki practice of over two decades.

Reiki and yoga have been the foundation for her spiritual journey. She is a reiki master teacher, kundalini yoga teacher, and the founder of Hand to Soul School of Reiki and Healing Arts, where she leads reiki trainings, meditations, and workshops.

She believes there is an infinite thread of light that connects people with each other and the Universe. And she is passionate about exploring this relationship and guiding others to form theirs.
