Join us in a five-week series especially designed for teens!
If you are 13 to 19 and would like to learn how to calm your mind, relax, and ease stress and anxiety, this is for you! We will be focusing on simple breathing techniques and basic yoga poses to promote well-being and to feel more peaceful.
No prior knowledge or experience is required.
The classes will be held on Wednesdays from 12:00 to 1:30pm on July 10, July 17, July 24, July 31, and August 7.
This is perfect for learning some calming strategies before school starts.
About Tracy:
Having a Masters degree in Education and after many years working in that field, Tracy decided to reinvent herself following her calling to provide integral well-being. She is now a Licensed Massage Therapist, member of the Associated Bodywork & Massage Professionals Organization, and a Certified Yoga Teacher through Breathe for Change. She recently opened her own company Beyond Bodyworks Massage Therapy and is now a full time (and amazing) massage therapist and yoga teacher. Although she appreciates all styles of yoga, from Ashtanga to Yin, to Power Yoga, she mostly gravitates toward Vinyasa style. In her classes she will lead you to coordinate your breath with flowing movements, centering your body and mind.
