Mandalas & Mindfulness w/Natalia Blaylock

The outer meaning of a Mandala represents the divine form of the universe. The inner meaning creates a map to guide the mind towards enlightenment. The secret meaning however, remains between the artist and the creation as far as specific details. Overall, it represents a balance of body and mind infused with clarity.

Join us for an afternoon of meditative art, as Natalia teaches us how to paint our own Mandala on a Canvas, using the “dotting” technique and a wide variety of beautiful acrylic paint colors.

• No experience necessary
• Bring your own snacks and refreshments

Inner Child Breathwork & Healing Workshop w/Emma

Within you lives a child – one who once lived freely,
dreamed boldly, and felt deeply. A child who may have
learned to hide, to quiet their voice, to yearn for love in
silence.

This workshop is an invitation to return to them. Emma will guide you through gentle breathwork, guided visualization, somatic practices, and Yoga Nidra meditation, as we will create a space of deep self-compassion – where your inner child can be seen, held, and nurtured. As you breathe, emotions may rise and release, old wounds may soften, and forgotten dreams may stir awake.

We will hold space for each other in kindness and understanding. This is not a journey of fixing, but of remembering – of rediscovering the wholeness that has always been yours.

What to expect:

– Gentle, connected breathwork to access and soothe deep emotions
– Guided visualization and meditation to reconnect with and nurture your inner child
– Journaling and optional group sharing for self-reflection, support, and connection

What to bring:

– Journal and pen
– Stuffed animal
