A full-body sound immersion for energetic release, emotional clarity, and deep stillness.
Join Sara Thornhill (@pranatova) and Julian Bannon (@chai.healing) for a powerful co-facilitated sound healing experience designed to recalibrate the nervous system and awaken your inner calm.
Sara will guide you through a combination of BreathWORTH™ and Sound to open energetic pathways, release emotional tension, and reconnect you with your body’s natural rhythm.
Alongside this, Julian Bannon of Chai Healing will offer direct sound therapy using both Himalayan bowls struck, and Tibetan bowls placed on the body, as well as other intentional instruments to support full-body restoration and invite profound stillness.
This workshop is an invitation to reset, realign, and remember what peace feels like.
Come to clear.
Stay to restore.
Leave renewed.
Surround Sound Healing is a co-facilitated experience guided by Sara Thornhill and Carolina Memoria Matos — two distinct yet harmonized approaches to vibrational healing.
This workshop weaves together the ancient tones of Tibetan and Himalayan singing bowls, intentional drumming, and other curated instruments designed to awaken cellular memory, soften the nervous system, and bring the mind into stillness.
You’ll begin with gentle breath practices to prepare the body as a vessel for sound. Then, allow yourself to be immersed in layers of frequency—tones that reverberate not just around you, but through you.
This is a space where healing is not forced, it’s remembered.
Come exactly as you are.
Leave more deeply connected to who you’ve always been.
