Emily Anderson

Emily has been practicing yoga for twenty years. She has a Master’s degree in Education and worked as an English teacher for ten years before having her three children, and then embarking on her 200-Hour Yoga Certification in St. Petersburg, FL.

Emily practiced yoga and breathwork throughout her pregnancies right up until birth. It significantly helped her deliver her babies safely by water birth and at home. She looks forward to guiding women through their pregnancy with yoga and helping reduce the fear of childbirth through calming breathwork. Emily also enjoys teaching Flow, Gentle and Restorative classes.
