Annika discovered yoga 8 years ago and deepened her practice with training in Rishikesh, India, where she studied Ashtanga, Hatha, and Vinyasa styles. Annika emphasizes the refinement of technique and alignment, drawing on the principles of Ashtanga yoga for a full-body experience.
Her approach creates a space for both physical strength and mental calm. In each class, ALL levels of experience are welcome to find both challenge and softness to leave you feeling balanced and energized!
