Andrea has been practicing yoga passionately for over 20 years and has been teaching for the past six years. She is a 500-hr Registered Yoga Teacher. She teaches different yoga styles, including Vinyasa Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Yin Yoga, Chair Yoga, Restorative Yoga, and Meditation classes. She is also a Master Reiki and works with different energy healing modalities.
In her classes, Andrea threads the yogic philosophy and foundations, inviting students to a more inspirational and contemplative approach. She also brings great focus on proper alignment and breath awareness.
