Sydney Moore

Sydney began practicing yoga after a back injury shifted her away from strength training and into exploring new ways to move.

What started as a way to heal soon became a consistent practice, showing her that yoga offers endless challenges. Sometimes it’s working toward a pose, and other times it’s simply learning to steady the mind.

As a teacher, Sydney brings an energizing and empowering approach to her classes. She encourages students to challenge themselves, build confidence, and tap into their inner fire, while always offering options to support all levels.

Her goal is for students to leave class feeling stronger, more balanced, and inspired both on and off the mat.
