Benjamin completed his 200-hour yoga teacher training in an immersive experience in Costa Rica, returning with a renewed energy for life. He guides both Vinyasa and Gentle flows, drawing inspiration from his spiritual journey and dedicated practice. With a focus on intentional movement and conscious breath, Benjamin creates a safe, lighthearted space where students can explore their bodies, quiet the mind, and connect with the present moment. He welcomes all to the mat to experience yoga’s ability to nurture physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
